With this single issue, the Groupies had arrived.They emerged as extraordinary women, whose lifestyles divided opinion and remain controversial. Some became models, actresses, writers, artists and musicians - the GTOs, the original ''Groupie band'' admired and encouraged by Frank Zappa, is featured here.
