      Our goal is to supply books and other items at an affordable price while delivering good customer service and supplying orders on time.

      Currently we accept credit/debit cards, GooglePay and ApplePay and we are actively working on implementing other payment methods.

      At this time we are only shipping to UK destinations. We will accept international orders at a later date.

      Once registration on the website will be enabled, you will be able to track your ordered items in your profile.

      At this time new profile registrations are disabled, but don’t worry, any orders placed will have regular updates to the e-mail you provide during the checkout process.

      No, currently GoBookshop! is an online based store. This might change in the future? 

      At this time no, but we are looking into implementing this feature as well. As soon it will be available you will be able to use this feature during the checkout process.

      Requests to cancel all or some of your order will be accepted where possible, but if the order has reached a certain stage/status, we will not be able to amend the order details or cancel it especially for first class deliveries.  

      Orders for same-day despatch/First class delivery service must be received by us before 15:00 Monday to Friday inclusive. Orders may be placed
      at any time and will normally be despatched on the next available carrier deadline.

      Currently we only use Royal Mail as our carrier.

      At this time, all order sold are sold as Firm Sale, meaning, that we do not accept returns. We only make exceptions if the order that you have received is damaged. Please contact sales@gobookshop.com for enquiries. Exclusions apply.

      Yes, all payments are processed via secure encryption methods and no payment details are stored on our site. We use Stripe for payment processing and Stripe handles the payment details in a secure manner.
